- Don't worry if you are not sure how/where to start. We have lots of experience with helping guide you through the discovery process

- We'll discuss ideas, review options and make decisions until you are completely satisfied and ready to build
- Very soon you will have the right plan for you, designed for your lifestyle

- Based on your choices we develop the budget together
- We take our time and work at your pace that ensures your comfort with the choices made and budget developed
Step 5: As We Build - You're in Control
- We manage every step of the building process; however, you remain in control of contractor and budget expense approval
- To the maximum extent possible, we competitively bid every aspect of the project - delivering savings you can choose to keep as turnkey equity or spend enhancing your home
- Your Craftbuilt Construction Manager is on site to ensure everything is being done right - to the high quality standards you deserve

- Your home is done and ready for you
- You can expect a formal orientation
- Officially getting the keys - it's such a great moment and we celebrate it with you
